오아! (OAH!)의 음악은 직관적이다. 반항아적인 기질과 폭발적인 날 것의 에너지를 있는 그대로 느낄 수 있는 곡들이 있는가 하면,
청량한 멜로디와 귀에 쉽게 꽂히는 가사로 긍정적인 기운을 발산하는 곡들도 있다.
두 가지 색깔의 공통점은, 그들의 이름과 같은 감탄사와 함께 관객들에게 따라 부르고 싶은 충동을 불러일으킨다는 것이다.
거칠고 힘 있는 보컬 유진환의 목소리, 그에 어울리는 락킹한 기타 사운드와 이를 탄탄하게 받쳐주는 리듬을 가진 오아! (OAH!)는 어떤 무대에서든 강렬한 인상을 남긴다.
2023년에 발매한 EP [LUV PUNK]에는 그들만의 펑키한 사운드가 담겨 차기 '라이브 강자’ 로서의 모습을 보여줬다.
2023 강변가요제 뉴챌린지 은상을 수상한 ‘Love Sunday’로 리스너뿐 아니라 평단에도 이름을 알리며 성장하고 있다.
2024년에는 4개의 유기적인 싱글을 통해 폭 넓은 스펙트럼을 보여주었고, 2025년에는 ‘루키즈 온 더 부락’ TOP 10, 롤링홀 ‘CMYK 2025’ TOP 12에 올랐다. 하반기에는 선 싱글 [Harley], 그리고 이어지는 EP [No Apologies] 를 통해 거친 세상에 부딪치는 오아! (OAH!) 만의 방식과 태도를 가감 없이 보여주었다.
OAH! is a band driven by individuality and instinctive
sound.
The music of OAH! is immediate and intuitive. Some tracks deliver raw, explosive energy fueled by a rebellious spirit, while others radiate positivity through bright melodies and lyrics that stick instantly. What connects these two contrasting colors is the same spark implied in their name—an exclamation that naturally invites audiences to sing along.
Fronted by Yoo Jin-hwan’s rough yet powerful vocals, OAH! builds its sound on gritty, rock-driven guitar riffs and a tight, solid rhythm section. No matter the stage, they leave a striking and lasting impression.
Their 2023 EP [LUV PUNK] captured the band’s distinctively funky edge and marked them as a rising force known for their live performances. The track “Love Sunday,” which won the Silver Prize at the 2023 Riverside Song Festival (New Challenge category), helped the band gain recognition from both listeners and critics alike.
In 2024, OAH! expanded their musical spectrum through
four organically connected singles. The following year,
they were selected for Top 10 at “Rookies on the BIRF”
and Top 12 at Rolling Hall’s “CMYK 2025.” In the second
half of 2025, the pre-release single [Harley] and the EP [No Apologies] showcased OAH!’s unapologetic attitude and their own way of colliding head-on with a harsh world.
